AIS availability during COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
While the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is situation changing rapidly, the Aboriginal Interpreter Service (AIS) is continuing to facilitate effective cross-cultural communication between service providers and Aboriginal people who do not speak English as a first language in the Northern Territory.
However, as the pandemic evolves, on-site and face-to-face interpreting services will be impacted.
Video or phone interpreting services are available. Before booking a video call, get in touch with the AIS to check you have the right equipment and systems.
Don’t forget to book a time, to make sure you don’t miss out on an appointment.
