Darwin welcomes Olympians and Paralympians home
This month, our Sport and Recreation team proudly hosted several Australian Olympians and Paralympians during their welcome Home Visit to Darwin.
The event was a fantastic opportunity for the Darwin community to meet these inspiring athletes, with many fans turning out to take photos, collect autographs, and enjoy the atmosphere. The enthusiasm and support from the crowd made it a memorable day for all involved.
A special thank you to Casuarina Square, Casuarina Aquatic and Leisure Centre, and SWELL Palmerston for supporting the event. Your partnership helped make this celebration possible and brought the community together to honour our athletes' achievements.
