- provides our clients, partners and community with a clear view of our work.
The strategic plan is supported by yearly action plans, which are the primary mechanisms for tracking our agency's progress on achieving our goals.
Action plans and reports
Action plans outline how we as Territory Families, Housing and Communities are working to achieve our goals in the strategic plan.
The action plan is reviewed every 12 months.
