Quick Response Grant 2023-24 closed
The Quick Response Grant for the 2023-24 financial year is now closed as all grant funding has been fully expended.
Multicultural Youth Advocacy Network Australia (MYAN) conference
You’re invited to bring a young person from your network along to the MYAN National Multicultural Youth Conference, "Navigating Journeys, Empowering Voices," in Canberra from 27-28 November 2023. Attendance at the conference will empower young people and provide them with a unique and enriching conference experience.

- Location: Realm Hotel's Ballroom
MYAN National Multicultural Youth Conference
- Date: Tuesday 28 November
- Time: 9 am – 5 pm
- Location: Old Parliament House

2024 NT Youth Week Grants open
The 2024 NT Youth Week runs from 6 – 17 April 2024. Providers organising events and programs during this time can receive up to $2,000 in support. The objectives of these activities are to give young people aged 12-25 in the Northern Territory a platform to express their ideas, address concerns, develop leadership skills, and make positive contributions to their communities. The Office of Youth Affairs helps connect providers with NT Youth Week Ambassadors for collaboration and promotion. Grant applications close on 30 November. Please ensure you update us on any changes to your organisation contact details as well as any changes to your committee members by:
- Reviewing your details listed on the contact a multicultural service page.
- Emailing any updates, including any new contacts to tfhc.multiculturalaffairs@nt.gov.au
We encourage the use of generic email addresses for example ‘multicultural_group@gmail.com’ as well as listing of organisational numbers not personal phone numbers or personal email addresses – to ensure the security of your details.
Please keep us informed of any changes to committee members within your multicultural community association by reviewing the details on our contact a multicultural service pages. Feel free to email any updates, including new contacts, to tfhc.multiculturalaffairs@nt.gov.au.
