Ashleigh Dawe

Having lived in multiple locations around the Territory, Ashleigh is currently studying Health Science and Occupational Therapy online with Charles Darwin University, while living on a remote cattle station near the WA border. She is passionate about environmental protection and enjoys outdoor activities and camping in her spare time. She is also an advocate for opportunities for rural youth, currently working as a governess educating station children through Katherine School of the Air.

Eager to contribute to her community, Ashleigh looks to enhance her skills in networking, communication, and event management as a 2024 NT Youth Week Ambassador. Her experience as a therapy assistant underscores her teamwork abilities, effective communication skills and initiative. Her commitment to a healthier, connected community positions her as a pragmatic advocate ready to contribute meaningfully.
