2020 NT Youth Round Table biography - David Ninan

"My hopes and dreams for young people are that as a group we are more actively engaged in all the issues that matter to us and drive us to strive to make our voices heard no matter how long it takes or how difficult the process is".

David is a vibrant, personable young man living in Darwin. Born in India, David has lived in the Territory for 13 years and is currently studying his Bachelor of Law.

David is passionate about community development and empowering wider groups of young people. David contributes to his community through his volunteer role at DCLS, CDU Student Ambassador and CDU Law Student’s Society.

David’s vision for young Territorians is that young people are considered equal in their voice in comparison with other Territorians.
