2022 NT Youth Round Table biography - Jordon Humphreys

Jordon (Jordy) is currently completing Year 11 at St Philip’s College Alice Springs where he is a College Leader and Vice-Captain of McKay House. He has interests in politics and international relations, as well as public speaking and volunteering.

Jordy works as an Administrative Assistant with Lemon Tree Wellness and is recipient of a number of awards and accolades including the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award – Bronze Level. His hobbies include photography, reading, and performing arts. He has recently developed an interest in flight simulation and has taught himself to operate an Airbus A320.

Jordy says:

“I am a unique, creative and empathetic individual who will stand up for what I believe in, without fear of being criticized for doing so. I feel that the Round Table will give me the opportunity to address important issues that affect young people in Alice Springs and the surrounding communities, improving the relationship between the NT Government and the Alice Springs Citizens in the process."
