2023 NT Youth Round Table biography - Jessica (Jess) Porter

Born in Alice Springs and now living in Palmerston, Jessica (Jess) has been in the Territory her whole life. She is currently working with GTNT Group in the Australian Apprenticeship Support Network and is studying a Diploma of Leadership and Management.

She is on the Palmerston Youth Representative Group, Headspace Youth Advisory Group, and volunteers at various organisations. Jess has proudly represented the Northern Territory in different opportunities most recently as a finalist for NT Trainee of the Year awards in 2022.

Jessica is striving to bring the youth perspective to Government. Wanting to see more young people engaged in their education and feeling safe in the community.
