2023 NT Youth Week Ambassador biography - Jordon Humphreys

Jordy is currently studying year 12 and has represented his school in conferences and participated in numerous leadership programs. Jordy was on the NT Youth Round Table in 2022 and is an advocate for people living with disability, as well as mental health and youth rights. He is also the co-chair of the NT Youth Strategy Project Reference Group.

In January 2023 Jordy Humphreys was named the 2023 Young Centralian of the Year by the Alice Springs Town Council. The award recognises a young person who has made a noteworthy contribution or outstanding service to their community.

Jordy would like to continue to represent the young people of Central Australia through this role. He envisions all youth having equal opportunities regardless of their location or ability.
